🔰250g Low Fat/High Protein Yogurt
🔰20g WPI (International Protein)
🔰50g Frozen Blueberries
🔰20g Dark Salted Chocolate
🔰20g Dark Roasted Peanut Butter
✅ Step 1: Weigh out your yogurt in a bowl and mix in your WPI, berries and dark chocolate. Give it a good stir then too with peanut butter.
✅ Step 2: Place in the freezer to set, for no more than ten minutes!
✅ Step 3: Take out the freezer, put your favourite Netflix show on, chill out and enjoy your sweet, guilt free TREAT! 😜
