Ingredients:

1 cup almonds
1 cup walnuts
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup chia seeds
1/2 cup flaxseeds
1/4 cup dried cranberries
honey

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 302 degrees F (150 degrees C).
In a large bowl, combine the almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, flaxseeds, dried cranberries, honey
Stir until well combined.
Add butter spray in the tray.
Drop by rounded tablespoons onto the prepared baking tray.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let cool completely on rack.
