1 cup Oats and 1 Potato – Healthy Breakfast Recipe | Easy Breakfast Recipe | No Soda Instant Recipe
In this video, I am sharing one of our favorite healthy breakfast recipes! This recipe made with one cup of OATS and vegetables and very easy to make. This recipe not require any fermentation, and can be made in a hurry in the morning or lunch or dinner,. So be sure to give this recipe a try!
Ingredients:
1 cup oats (rolled or instant)
1/2 cup chickpea flour (besan)
1/2 cup curd(yogurt)
1 medium-sized potato, boiled & mashed
Assorted vegetables (such as onions, bell peppers, carrots, bell pepper, etc.), finely chopped or grated. 1/4 cup each
2 tablespoon coriander leaves
1 teaspoon ginger grated
t teaspoon green chilli chopped
1/2 teaspoon Chilli flakes
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/4 tsp pepper powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Oil or ghee for cooking
