Most salad dressings are loaded with unhealthy fats that are high in Omega-6’s – NOT what we want! Here’s a quick homemade vinaigrette recipe using Flaxseed oil that tastes great and helps give your brain the Omega-3’s that it needs to heal.

After more than 20 years as a Stanford-trained Neurologist, I’m seeing a big problem out there. So many people with migraines are “powering through…”. Gotta get the kids to soccer?
