Here is how to make these two healthy chia yogurt parfait for weight loss. this is a healthy weight loss breakfast for balanced blood sugar level and to keep your gut and bowel healthy.

How to make strawberry chia yogurt parfait / strawberry chia pudding
Ingredients:
Greek yogurt 170g
water 1/4 cup
chia seeds 1 tbs
beet root powder 1/4 tsp (optional)
stevia drops 5-6
🍓 Strawberries 🍓 chopped 80g

Direction:
To make chia yogurt parfait base add 1 tbs of chia seed in a bowl followed by 1/4 cup water. water help to make chia seeds doubled in size. Now stir to avoid chia seeds sticking together. this step is very important. leave chia seed for 5 minutes and stir again. Now add greek yogurt, beet root powder and stevia. Mix all ingredients well. then add chopped strawberries 🍓 or any fruit of your choice. then cover and refrigerate for overnight.
Next morning enjoy!
