Today’s recipe is Gluten free Tortillas, made with Quinoa. They are loaded with plant-based proteins and fibre to keep you full and energized. These tortillas are the easiest recipe, you can make it with just 2 ingredients – Quinoa and water – The spices and parsley are optional, just to add more flavour. You can use white quinoa, red quinoa or mixed.
You can serve these quinoa tortillas with any sweet or savoury filling.

Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup uncooked quinoa
1 cup tap water
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp paprika
2 tbs parsley
1 tbsp olive oil

1 ملعقة كبيرة زيت زيتون
