Ingredients –
1. Chicken – 200gm (Boneless and with bone)
2. Cooking oil – 2 tsp
3. Butter – 1tsp
4. Bay leaf – 1
5. Grated ginger, garlic and green chilli – 1 tbsp
6. Spring onion white – 1/2 cup
7. Carrots – 1/2 cup
8. French beans – 1/2 cup
9. Salt as per taste
10. Black pepper – 1/2 tsp
11. Corn flour – 2 tbsp
12. Egg white of one egg
13. Spring onion greens for garnishing
