Ingredients:
2 avocado.,
2 bell pepper,
5-6 pickled cucumber,
1 tomato,
1/4 stewed peas,
juice from 1 lemon,
1/2 onion, 1-2 minced garlic clove,
1 cup chopped hum (optional), salt, pepper, parsley

Method:
Cut avocados in half, remove the pits and scoop the avocado out of the skin and into a bowl. Add a fresh lemon juice and then use the back of a fork and mash the avocados.
Add the onions, tomatoes, garlic, bell peppers, pickled cucumbers, chopped ham, peas, parsley, salt, pepper and stir until everything is mixed together. Serve the salad with pomegranate seeds on top.
Note* Look for avocados that are nice and ripe. They should be easy to mash with the back of a fork.
*If you avoid adding ham /chicken breast, you will have a perfectly fasting and even healthier salad.
