INGREDIENTS:
2 ripe banana
2 eggs
1/4 milk of choice ( i used fat-free milk)
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
1 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips or your favorite chocolate chips
TIPS: Let the bread cool down before taking out of the mold.
