Did you know you don’t need to go to the gym to lose weight? Here are 4 things you can do instead

Most people are getting about 16 percent of their nutrition from protein – it should actually be about twice that. Beef and collagen-based proteins are the best

Certain fats and oils are worse than others. For example, some are anti-thyroid which slows your Metabolic rate, they increase estrogen, and are preferentially stored it your fatty tissue. These polyunsaturated fats from refined oils. So get rid of them

Those polyunsaturated fats are often mixed with other ingredients that make you fat, like refined carbs, processed sugars, and they’re fortified with inorganic iron which can create oxidative stress and inflammation. So it’s honestly best to just get rid of all processed foods.

I get it, the gym can suck and be stressful, but you’re still going to have to move. Walking is the best and easiest exercise you can do. Try to do go on multiple walks a day though – go for a walk at sunrise and sunset, after meals, and if you need a boost in energy.
