High Protein Banana Bread Recipe :
-Preheat oven to 350 degrees
-2 cups of oat flour
-1 teaspoon of baking soda
-1/4 teaspoon of salt
-1/2 cup of apple sauce
-1/2 cup of protein powder (40 grams)
-1/4 cup of stevia
-2 egg whites
-1 egg
-3 to 5 mashed bananas
-3 tablespoons of dark chocolate chips (45 grams)
-Bake in the oven for 45 to 60 minutes

What is going on guys hope you’re doing well today we are going to be making a healthy banana bread recipe you’d think usually banana bread is pretty healthy thing but for the most part when people make banana bread recipes they just load it with sugar and butter and so I got
And it tastes amazing but it kind of hurts your dad a little bit so with this recipe it’s going to be a really good enjoyable banana bread still going to taste the same really not much different now a lot lower fat lot less sugar and then higher protein in pretty moderate
Carve so it’s all in all it’s pretty good snack you can fit into your diet and still enjoy banana bread but anyway let’s get right into it alrighty guys so the first thing you want to do here is pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees and then by the time you’re mixing all the
Ingredients it should be good to go now these are the main things are going to need I’ll link everything down in the description so it’s easier to follow but just for like a visual that’s what I’m working with here and also I used oat flour this is just a regular bag of like
Quick oats but what I did is I just grounded it up and then that just made oat flour you can just buy oat flour on its own yeah you’re going to need two cups of oat flour teaspoon of baking soda and then a quarter teaspoon of salt
Now you’re going to mix that all up a little bit them in a separate bowl you’re going to put in a half a cup of unsweetened applesauce half a cup of protein powder which is equivalent to about 40 grams want to put in about a quarter of a cup of stevia and then
After that you’re just going to mix all that up a little bit and just a little heads up if if you ever notice that the battery seems little too dry just add a little bit of water and that’ll be more than enough to fix it but you shouldn’t
Need much at all if you need to put in water next you’re going to need two egg whites one egg doesn’t matter you can use three egg whites and no egg if you want it’s really up to you next you’re going to need three to five mashed
Bananas so with the bananas I mean if they’re pretty big then three should be fine but if you know they’re more small and medium sized that just throw in five years to make sure you got enough they’re just going to match those up and then you’re going to put that in the
Bowl where you put the applesauce protein powder and the stevia I think you just going to mix that up and wait till everything’s spread it well and then after you mix it you’re going to be dumping it in to the big bowl where you have the oats
And the salt and the baking powder and again just a quick reminder if the batter happens to be a little too dry then just put in some more water that should fix your problem but it was fine for me next up I put in 3 tablespoons of dark chocolate chips this is totally
Optional but who doesn’t like chocolate it’s going to make it taste even better than it already did and then next you’re gonna get some pan I mean Pam and you’re gonna spray a cookie sheet or a baking sheet baking pan I don’t know whatever the hell is cause you see what it looks
Like hopefully then you’re just going to dump the batter into that throw that in the oven for about 45 minutes to an hour then when you think it’s done take it out put a toothpick in it pull the tooth pick out what if their stuff stuck to it
Then put it back in for a little bit but if not then you’re good to go and this is the finished product guys I must say this was a good debut for the recipe videos this was absolutely amazing i highly recommend you guys trying it out
