A refreshing salad made with fresh winter vegetables, the Indian Radish, Carrots and Beetroot Salad Recipe is an absolutely simple and healthy recipe seasoned with salt and flavoured with ajwain, sesame and lemon juice.

Beetroots are an excellent source of folic acid and a very good source of fiber, manganese, and potassium.It also helps to maintain the hemoglobin level which helps to avoid anemia.

Carrots are immensely nutritious and easy to digest. It Improves eyesight, aids in maintaining a good digestive health and above all a  powerful antioxidant..

Radish is a low calorie vegetable, rich in fibre is known to be very good for the liver and stomach and it acts as a powerful detoxifier too. Radishes have long been known to have a low glycemic index, which means that eating it does not impact blood sugar levels. It also helps regulate the absorption of sugars into the bloodstream. 

Preparation Time: 15 Minutes

Ingredients:
* 1 Mooli (Radish) , grated
* 1 Beetroot , grated
* 1 Carrot (Gajar) , grated
* 2 teaspoons Lemon juice
* Black Salt , to taste
* Sesame Seeds, 1/2 Tbsp
* Ajwain, 1 Tsp
* Chilli Powder, 1/2 Tsp

Instructions:
1. Grate the radishes, carrots and beetroots and keep it ready.
2. If planning to consume on the go, mix lemon juice, black salt, ajwain, sesame seeds, chilli powder together.
3. Mix well.
4. Add the flavouring just prepared just before serving.
5. Garnish with coriander.
