Most about the well your world Community is all of the awesome ideas that you guys bring to the table which is why we love having you in our Facebook group we love having you on this channel and we love having you on the cooking show because it’s such a collaborative effort

Where we get to learn from each other you guys are our peers I love these ideas these breakfast ideas and I’m so excited to share them with you let’s get right to it we’ve got some awesome breakfast ideas that you provided us that we’re going to start doing too and

A lot of them we were already doing and I just love these idea I’ve never put them into words but then somebody says it in the group and I’m like yes that I kind of split these up into categories and a resounding number one if you will

Or the most popular is oatmeal and in so many different varieties sweet Savory overnight instant the possib ilities are endless with oatmeal they sure are I feel like a go-to meal is oatmeal I mean there’s cereal but that’s just usually garbage and then culturally I feel like oatmeal is just the go-to American

Breakfast I don’t know if you’re being healthy anyway and there are a lot of ways to do it I make oatmeal every single morning for Luca he eats a huge cereal bowl size bowl of oatmeal like more than we even eat yeah and even some of my portions sometimes all we do is

Oatmeal and we use a little bit of our date powder actually for every like I don’t know one to two cups I put like a tablespoon of date powder figure out the sweetness level you like but he loves a little bit of sweetness and it’s not like an intense amount of date powder

That I put in it’s just enough that he really enjoys it so I just do water oatmeal date powder if I’m in a hurry but you guys have some great ideas so let’s jump into it Jay likes to smash a banana and frozen blueberries into the

Bowl and then pour the hot oats on top I love this because when you put the oatmeal on the stove at the same time you could get the banana ready if we have like really black ripe bananas I’ll smash them in the pot with the cooking of the oatmeal and then that that’s
