Good morning guys happy Monday I’m just getting ready to get my breakfast together I actually woke up really hungry today which is not normal for me but I don’t have time to eat my breakfast before I leave so I’m going to do a little taste test of these Slim

Bowl which I won’t be able to eat till I get to work I have a meeting today we have a long meeting today from like 9:30 to 11:30 that is actually not virtual it’s in person and so I want to be able to eat my breakfast bowl as soon as I

Get to work and trying to think of what I can bring for a snack in case I get hungry but then I think I’ll be okay so that’s why I’m thinking if I have this have my protein coffee have my yogurt bowl that should tide me over to lunch

And I don’t shouldn’t probably need to worry about like a morning snack or anything just if like I woke up super hungry then I may be hungry all day I don’t know you never know okay so I already um took the packaging off I’m going to give it a good Shake y’all I

Have a weird thing I’ve told you guys this before I have a weird thing with drinking things that I don’t know I mean like I don’t know it like freaks me out so so I never know what you know I mean trying things like food things don’t bug

Me but drinking things for some reason like it just freaks me out if it’s something that I’ve never had before I don’t know what it is super weird I know smells good M that’s really tasty has a slight protein tast taste this at 20 g of protein which a lot of

The Slim Fast drinks don’t have um high protein so you have to watch and you have to look for the ones that say high protein because I believe the regular Slim Fast any of the regular Slim Fast items like the OG items they usually only have about 10 to 12 grams of

Protein at the most um so I always look for the high protein ones and but yeah this is really good you guys it’s three points 180 calories and like I said it is um 20 gram of protein the carbs in case you watch carbs are seven total carbs five fibers so if you

Before then and I’m trying a new yogurt Bowl totally got sucked in this weekend on Tik Tok stuff because I didn’t do a lot of stuff I there’s a lot of organizing and like deep cleaning I want to do but I have a whole week off in

March so I keep thinking you know what I can put off some of those projects until March why take my entire weekend to get these organization projects done and these deep cleaning I mean and I’m cleaning obviously but like you know deep cleaning and just things like that

And I’m like I can just wait until that week in March it’s the last week in March so I still have a ways to go but at least it gives me something to do during that week and so I just kept you know what I need to take my weekends and

Relax and I’m also going to put this out here that way I can account for myself if I don’t do it my plan my plan this morning was to do um an arm workout and to try to do my my strength training which I have been saying this entire

Month that I was going to do which I have not so I kind of wanted to since this is last week of January I kind of wanted to start it this week and move into where I can set that for a goal for February but in the morning you guys I

Am just like I’m just like oh I’m just so unmotivated I get on my bike it it’s weird because I am a very productive motivated person in the morning but not until after I’ve woken up a little bit so um I then I thought you know what I

Think this is what I’m going to do so I’m my husband’s dinner is going to take a little bit longer I’m going to prep it during lunch and then it has to go into the I’m making him meatloaf so it has to go into the oven for like 45 minutes and

So I thought okay what I’m going to do is since I’m going to prep it at lunch soon as I get home from work I can throw it in the oven and then I have 45 minutes my Lun my dinner I plan on just doing a wrap and a salad so my dinner

Super easy so then instead of sitting down and waiting for that meat love to get done which is once I sit down after work I’m pretty much use useless I’m going to go right in change my clothes and do my arm workout which is only like a 15 20 minute work out so

That’s my plan today I have to answer to myself since I’m putting it out there I’ll answer to myself and let you guys know in the morning whether or not I did that so anyway okay so let’s go ahead and drink this I’m going go show you my

New yogurt Bowl I guess oh that’s kind of where I got off on a tangent so um yes I got sucked in on Tik Tok this weekend and I saw somebody doing a yogurt Bowl which was very similar to the one I do but it added a little bit

More protein more calories so I’m thinking it’ll hold me over longer and um it’s four points which I believe my regular yogurt Bowl was also four points but it’s just because I’m using a different yogurt and I’m only using half the amount of the Catalina

Crunch um so let’s go ahead and go do this yogurt bowl and um it may look a little different but you guys just try it like just try it may just look a little like people see it they might think hm I don’t know about that so

Let’s let’s go ahead and go make that and then it’ll be then I’ll make my protein coffee and then I will have to be out of here because it is 7:08 so I need to hurry for my breakfast bowl I’m going to use some cottage cheese some J cherry

Berry blend from Walmart we have some pb2 I have the crunchy we have a chabani mixed berry yogurt which is where I added the pb2 and then we’ll just use some Catalina crunch on top so the first thing I’m going to do is put the berries

On the bottom so I just did just a little over half a cup of berries then I added on 1/4 cup of cottage cheese and then I have the yogurt which I mixed in 2 tbspoon of the pb2 into the yogurt spread that on top and then did

A/4 cup of the Catalina crunch on top and then I’ll just let this sit till the berries kind of melt a little bit and this will be my breakfast and is packed with protein you guys it is only 4 points and 295 calories and like I said

Packed with protein and then of course I’m going to make a protein coffee so I have my salted caramel skinny sauce some salted caramel Quest protein chicks and some Stoke cold brew and I’m also going to take along an apple and a couple of Mandarin oranges which are really good

Shredded carrot I’m going to make a side salad as well so I just took 2 tbspoon of that dip mix and I added in a little a little bit of the Italian seasoning mix that together spread that over the tortilla then put on two slices of the

Turkey breast which I got from Walmart right from their Deli added on 12 pieces of pepperoni which is only one point by the way added on some of the lettuce and then some banana peppers now when I had this over the weekend I added some Italian dressing inside of it and it

Definitely was almost too much so I did not do that this time here’s my wrap and then I just made a huge side salad just put everything in a bowl added on Italian dressing added in a te or two teaspoons of the gr parmesan some banana

For my husband mine’s already made make a quick taco salad and then we are done because I am tired it’s been a long day I only took a half hour lunch to try to get caught up with some things that at work so I’m just ready to get dinner

I will be doing a January wrapup of all the books that I read this month and then I’m also going to do a chatty Day in the Life Vlog and I’ll probably be filming that tomorrow and Friday because within that Vlog we’re going to go ahead

And do our monthly wrapup um and I will have time stamps on that video so that way um people can find what they want to find within those videos because those videos tend to be 45 minutes long and I know a ton of you love those videos so

So I will be filming one of those like I said Thursday and Friday cuz those are the two days I work from home so I can pick up the camera a little bit more often um just to say hello show you what I’m eating chitchat those kind of things
