Today I will teach you how to make non- fried bread Taste of these bread pakodas are same as fried bread pakoda.But this is the healthy version of bread pakodas. Lets start making it.

Ingredients for making non- fried bread pakoda

4 white/brown bread slices
4 tbsp. Gram flour(Besan)
2 tsp. Oil + 2 tbsp. For making pakodas
Salt to taste
½ tsp. Red chilli pdr.
½ tsp. Onion seeds

Method- First of all cut the bread slices in your desired shape. After that take a bowl put gram flour(besan) on it add salt and chilli pdr. Then add water to make batter. The consistency of our batter is not too thick. Put two tbsp. Oil in a pan when our oil become quite hot then we dip our slices in our gram flour batter and immediately put it in our pan.Put the flame to low. Sprinkle a pinch of onion seeds over it.When our bread cooked from one side then we flip our bread pcs.and also cook it from other side. When our bread become slightly golden from both side then we serve it with our favorite chutney or sauce.
Remember
1. Quickly dip your bread slices in gram flour batter and immediately put it in your pan. Never leave your bread slices for more time in your batter. Because slowly dipping your pcs. In batter may break you bread slices and also your bread will absorb more batter.
2. Always put your pakodas in your pan to low flame when it half done from both side then we raise our flame to medium.
