Brussels Sprouts sliced thinly create a slaw type of salad. You can use a mandolin to slice the Brussels Sprouts, but a sharp knife works well and it really doesn’t take too much time to do.
Brussels Sprouts Salad Recipe Ingredients:
3 cup shredded Brussels Sprouts
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup cooked crumbled bacon
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
Dressing:
1/4 cup oil (avocado in the video)
2 TBLSP apple cider vinegar
2 pinches salt
2 pinches black pepper
2 tsp alternative sweetener or sugar
