Yo yo yo okay so if you have ever been going to an event or going out for a picnic and you’re like what the heck do I make what do I bring for my family I’m not just cting for myself and I’m not going to have access to any equipment
Microwaves all those things then keep watching because we’re going out tonight we’re going on a boat we’re going to have a picnic with some friends and I have literally 10 minutes of prep to get that done let’s get into it okay real talk as well like I’m so flipping busy
All the time I work full-time I have kids I am at school holidays right now and I never ever have enough time and I’ve realized that you can make very very simple meals you can have very very simple systems and still be highly successful and it it’s just not a
Requirement to be meal prepping for 5 hours on a Sunday so if you don’t have that time either then it’s possible it’s doable and you really just got to find a few cool things so my favorite go-to right now is wraps and I love wraps if we’re going
To be out and about and not at home like at the beach cuz it’s summer right here and so when you’re thinking about buying wraps and doing that you’re really just looking for a visle for other things and I love that I can just use seasonal
Veggies try and find wraps that are the lowest calorie version that you can find and to do that you want to find ones that are oil free and typically they have the amount of calories per rep so if you find one that is like under 100 calories that’s kind of right in The
Sweet Spot and I also want to show you that my house is messy my kids are watching a movie while I do this and my kitchen is not clean either so we will also be cleaning at the same time flipping hick how good a cherry is That ultimate fast food no doubt first thing I’m going to do is marinate tofu I literally use NCH and veg to stop that is it and this is my go to air fry there’s four components to creating an amazing weight loss meal and I use a hats framework which is easy to remember
Because you just want to put a bowl on your head and essentially get a meal that could fit in this like just eat a lot of food H stands for half starch A is for a buttload of veg which is just adding a ton of veggies lowering
The calorie density T is for tiny bit of fat and then s is for spice it up put a bit of flavor in there the starchy part is going to be the wraps a little bit of the tofu there’s some fat in there and protein as well but then also potatoes
And I’m choosing potatoes in the wraps because they are so filling that’s going to mean that the wrap is actually satisfying and I’ll get away with having one as opposed to if I was just going to fill it with tofen and veg I’d still be hungry after that so you really want to
Think about adding a satisfying element get in there now let’s go for our V now let’s go for the veg I’m going to use cucumber capsican and tomato so that I don’t have to cook anything who just got home from the gym I was it oh your hands are wet and

For Riley teamwork I cook Nick get stuff from Facebook Marketplace I do what I’m ask you do what you asked yeah tomato juice I don’t think this is going to mix honestly but that’s fine like that on this little shake that look pretty good A little bit more put this in the fridge
And you go somewhere uh no there we go I just cheed on my potatoes and they are kind of popping and I was just too lazy to poke them so I’m going to poke them now you say no nearly ready here we go maybe like two more minutes get your hands away from
Me right this one right here is very much an optional extra but because I’m trying to get them gains right now I am going to cook up this because it has a ton of protein in it and I really like that it literally has like four ingredients it’s got water pea protein
Little bit of olive oil pea fiber yeast extract and the New Zealand pumpkin okay six way better than most of the other uh like meat Alternatives and this is a New Zealand company so represent and it kind of just looks like a protein kind of sauce and it’s real yum like the texture
Is is perfect it really just tastes like chicken also I got to say I’m loving a short hair it’s so easy I went camping on the weekend it was just like in and out of pools not pools water beach and like skating and stuff and it was just
It’s just so easy so I’m like why didn’t I cut my hair off sooner okay kids can you pause that for a sec all right can you get ready to go where we’re going to go on the boat so get your togs get a towel get a change of clothes get a jumper
And then you can come back and keep watching all right I’m going to admit a bias that I have and that is that you should clean up as you cook and I want to tell you a little story I used to go and hang out with this girl and her family cooked
With I’m not even kidding every single utensil and every single bowl that they had in their kitchen and so you’d have someone do the cooking and we’d be staying there for dinner staying the night and then the kids would be on cleanup and it would take hours and
Every single time they wanted to stir something it would be a new container it’ll be a new spoon and I think that that has scarred me for life so now my cooking philosophy is I will use as few containers and as few utensils as I possibly can like it’s actually like a
Game for me and I will clean up as I go and I really do have quite a bit of judgment for people who don’t have the skill of cleaning as they cook because like my kitchen is clean now and like they took like 2 minutes so I mean there
We go in saying that I made the mess of all messes last night and because I wanted I made like camera’s falling a huge batch of something and but now we have it for days so I’m like that’s okay but let me know in the comments are you

Build a house so over the next like 6 months hopefully we actually move to be really close to my kids school which will be amazing oh and I love coming here because sometimes there’s like grapes that we can forage on here yeah the council buildings there it’s kind of major honestly
Wo I love this like look how pretty it’s so pretty whoa all right got some hot cross buns tofu is cheap so I’m going to grab some of that while here H oh I like this one actually this one is good favorite hummus is this

Right here we are My it’s really ordinary but so I can someone he took thank you my darling it’s cuz he’s eating that good to have friends you can roast it at my own little pool or a pool and we’re going to swim over here and my whole life ice cream with rice Filming num because I’m just putting it over the side likey how you doing so pretty so flipping cold freezing cold here we go bye by so we’re back home safe and sound warmed up had a shower and going to head to bed uh that’s what I eat when I go
Out and do picnics it’s normally wraps and I didn’t eat this kind of thing most of my weight loss Journey what I’ve realized since is that weight loss is not about being perfect all the time it’s about making the best decisions you can in the moment and so for me most of
The time that’s really Whole Foods but it means that occasionally I will have wraps and I will have I mean I always have things like starboard hummus but it means that that overall I’m consistent as opposed to some days being really really perfect and then other days
Having a complete binge so I’m more like amazing with my diet most of the time and then I’m like slightly less amazing so this kind of meal still awesome for weight loss because we hit those four things we’ve got the stches in there we’ve got a ton of non- staty vegetables
