Hey guys this is David with true D Fitness hey we got a super easy nacho recipe for you guys this is a high protein nacho recipe so super uh super good super easy and uh I want to show you guys how this works only $33

Calories this is 52 g of protein 8 G of fat and a massive 11 G of carbs so without further Ado let’s get to it now we’re going to turn on the heat and then we have weighed out 5 oz of this ground 9% uh turkey we’re put it on stove top

It’s already pre cooked uh I’m just going to warm it up add a little bit of water to it and then a little bit of this taco seasoning um you could do the whole pound or so whatever you buy from the grocery store at one time which I
