What I Eat In A Day | Simple, Easy & Healthy Recipes You Can Make at Home
Hi everyone!
Hope you’re having an amazing week so far, and happy Friday! I have been very busy the past couple of weeks and was today so I used a lot of recipes and meals that are quick and simple (many of my go tos) but still so delicious. I am working on a couple new recipes for some new meal plans and also trying new recipes! When I like something I start to eat it over and over again and then get sick of it so I have to try new ones out to switch things up.
I just recently finished my 7 Day No Sugar Challenge (linked below) and I’m obsessed with the smoothie recipe in it, so I showed you how I make it today. I try to prioritize a lot of protein in my breakfast because I personally believe it is so helpful with my hormones and energy and this smoothie is perfect. Breakfast can be so simple and you don’t have to overthink it or make this big meal to get what your body needs for the day. My lunch for the day is a recipe I’m still trying to perfect for you all because I always want to test/perfect prior to you guys having it, but im so excited about this sandwich. For my snack, of course I am eating some matcha chocolate from Nekohama x BAE. I can’t get enough of it but have to be careful because it still has caffeine! For dinner, I made some Salmon, which is one of my favorites (surprise!) with a super simple fresh mango salsa. I love Salmon because you can make so many different variations of it and it’s super easy to cook. To wind down at the end of the night I used MRO’s Liquid Nightmare Multimineral which I have been loving. All these meals are easy to make at home and good for your body. So many variations with it depending on the spices so you can either make it Mediterranean or more Asian or or I don’t know you can just like switch it up a lot then I’m going to add some paprika powder on it some cumin then I’m going to add a little bit
Of coconut sugar because it goes in the air fryer or in the oven it actually caramelizes a little bit and it’s really really good I usually kind of stay away from any type of refined sugar but a little little coconut sugar it’s going to make
It taste so so good last but not least I am making such a big mess here we’re doing a little salt little pepper and it’s done I like to put mine on like 385 and then I put it in there for like 8 minutes and I feel the air
Fryer makes it excess crispy and really really good so yeah this is basically what we’re going to eat tonight with the rice I’m going to quickly clean up the kitchen take a shower and then pop this in and it will be done I feel this prep
Maybe it was 15 minutes and then it goes 8 minutes in there so the total of this dinner will be 22 minutes I will also add the recipe in the description down below so if you want to make it at home then you know exactly what to what to use
My dinner bowl is ready so it’s white rice with salmon and then with the mango cucumber salsa and I also add a little bit of rice seasoning on it because I just really like that what do you think fantastic this is everything I could have ever wanted in meil and you made it
