I see you You hi guys today I have three delicious healthy and easy to make vegan and glutenfree breakfast recipes they’re perfect whether you’re gluten-free or you’re not whether you’re a kid or an adult or any anything in between they’re great so let’s get started with our te and almond flour

Pancakes start by combining almond flour TEF flour baking powder and soda cinnamon and coconut sugar then in another Bowl combine ground flax seed meal with water to make a flax egg let it sit for about 5 minutes to thicken add banana to the flax mix and mash it well

Then pour in non-dairy milk and vanilla extract and stir Well pour the wet into the dry and use a whisk to mix Well warm and grease the skillet then pour in your pancake batter cook on each side for about 3 minutes and be careful flipping these because they don’t have any gluten so they’re more Fragile top with sliced banana blackberries walnuts cocoa nibs and and maple Syrup now we have our delicious pancakes I’m so excited to try these I will admit that I had one um one of the first ones that I cooked so I know that they’re delicious but that was just by itself it didn’t have the syrup and the fruit on

It I love how soft these are too M and they really hold together well okay make sure I have banana blackberry and cocoa nibs and some Walnut all in one M they’re really good m m they’re so moist and perfect texture fluffy kind of light but I know they’re nutritious because

They’ve got all that almond flour in Te so they’re full of fiber full of protein and all sorts of other vitamins and minerals and wonderful nutrients so those pancakes were delicious now let’s make something Savory I’m thinking a sweet potato burrito with black beans and vegan sausage super delicious let’s get started on

That Start by mincing a shallot and dicing a red bell Pepper then dice up a sweet potato try to cut it about the same size as the Pepper warm Skillet and add 1 tbsp of oil then add the shallots and peppers to sauté until soft on medium heat add in the sweet potatoes and drizzle in some sea Salt cover the pan to cook on medium low heat in the meantime chop up your vegan sausage it should be about the same size as a diced potato once the sweet potato is fairly tender about 20 minutes in add the sausage and black be Beans then add cumin and smoked paprika and more salt it’s not as much as it seems continue to cook for another 10 minutes until the sweet potatoes are tender then stir in the chopped spinach and cook for another 5 minutes warm up your gluten-free vegan tortillas in a skillet and fill them

Wrap it in a burrito shape then and serve Hot I love having something safe for breakfast and these are just so perfect for this and they’re kind of sweet because of a sweet potato but of course super super hearty these you could even have for lunch or dinner but breakfast too M very good so Savory so good so full of

Flavor M the brown rice tortilla is really really good on this and I have a lot of filling left over from these burritos so I will probably eat this throughout the week so if you’re a meal planner like I try to be then you could have this same Monday Wednesday and

Friday make it once and just eat it throughout the week it’s so so so so tasty this is definitely one of my new favorite recipes already and for the last recipe I have something super super simple it’s a chocolate spinach smoothie yes it’s very delicious and the cacao covers the taste

Of the spinach but it’s full of antioxidants super super healthy and I added almond butter and chia seeds so it’s extra filling as well place the frozen banana spinach chia seeds soy milk almond butter and cacao powder into the blender and don’t forget to add a

Date blend it until creamy and serve in your favorite glass All right so I admit this is a little bit greener than I wanted it to be because I added so much spinach but if you want to trick someone like a kid and not let them know that there’s spinach in this just use a little bit less um

But plenty of chocolate in there so you don’t really taste the spinach at all yum it’s really good and sweet because of the date and the banana M and it’s super super smooth wow really good this is such a great smoothie especially when you want something

Really really fast and just let me throw in a little tip if you really don’t want to spend any time in the morning making this just prep your blender put everything all the contents in the blender the night before except for the frozen banana of course and then when
