What they’re saying okay it helps with weight loss it helps with liido it’s absolutely amazing and it’s super easy to make so you’re going to start off by of course getting okra and you can use fresh okra or frozen okra you’re going to cut up about five slices
And put it into a 16 o jar then you’re going to fill the jar up with water and let the okra water sit in the refrigerator overnight so the one in the front is how okra water looks after it sits overnight the okra is going to rise
To the top and the water is going to become very very thick in consistency so a lot of people just cannot take the consistency of drinking the thick slimy okra water so I like to mix it with juice and that cuts the Slime so I love mixing it with pineapple cucumber and a
Lemon so that is the juice recipe that I like to do so I love pineapple because it promotes collagen production it’s also a really great source of vitamin C so I love pineapples and it also helps with digestion so if you are a person who bloats have bloating problems
Pineapples are just chef’s kiss and then I will throw an entire cucumber in there and cucumbers are great because they are very high in antioxidants so it’s great for your skin as well as your heart it’s also really great for hydration so I always put a cucumber in any of my
Juices and lastly I will just throw a lemon in there I usually just put a lemon in there for Taste but lemons also helps your body absorb iron and as you guys know I’ve been taking an iron supplement if you watch my last video yeah that is the juice recipe so now
