16oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
5 Bamboo Skewers
✳️ Ingredients for Chicken Marinade:
30g or 2tbsp 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
1 Garlic Clove Minced
Juice from 1 Lemon
2g or 1sp Paprika
2g or 1tsp Ground Coriander
2g or 1tsp Turmeric
2g or 1tsp Ground Cumin
2g or 1tsp Ground Ginger
2g or 1tsp Salt
2g or 1tsp Pepper
✳️ Directions:
1. Dice 16oz boneless skinless skin thigh into 30 pieces.
2. Grab a container. Add chicken marinade. Mix and add chicken thigh. Mix thoroughly. Let marinate for 12+ hours in fridge.
3. Preheat pan or grill to a medium heat.
4. Add chicken to 5 bamboo skewers (6 pieces on each skewer).
5. Add to pan or grill for 10 minutes. Flip to other side halfway through. Then enjoy!
