Here is the easy and simple way of making Chickpeas Salad / Healthy – Weight Loss recipe/ PCOD – PCOS Diet

Ingredients :
Boiled Chickpeas/വേവിച്ച കടല – 1 cup
Onion – 1
Tomato – 1
Cucumber – 1
Garlic – 2 Cloves
Coriander Leaves
Salt
Pepper
Olive Oil
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Bread Cubes

Method :
For salad dressing : In a bowl, add lemon juice, garlic, pepper, salt and olive oil.. Mix well.
For salad : Take another bowl, add cucumber, Tomatoes, Onion and boiled chickpeas. Mix well. Add salad dressing. Add handful of coriander leaves. Then garnish with bread cubs. Our healthy easy, home made salad is now ready. Enjoy
