Ingredients:
1 C Cottage Cheese
1 C Self Rising Flour

Place the cottage cheese in a blender and blend until smooth. Next, place self rising flour in a bowl then add the cottage cheese and mix with a spoon. Flour your surface then knead the dough, incorporating some flour until it’s easy to work with. For a smooth ball. Cut the dough in half, then halve it again, and form into four balls. Roll each ball between your hands or on the counter then form into bagels. Whisk as egg in a bowl then brush the egg onto the top and sides of each bagel. Sprinkle on your seasoning – we’re using everything bagel seasoning. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
