WHAT I EAT IN A DAY to stay healthy and fit | Summer Diet

Today I am sharing with you what I eat in a day during summers to stay healthy and fit. My diet includes a lot of seasonal elements, fruits, vegetables etc. Also I eat as per my body’s nutritional and physical requirements. This video is not to tell you what you should eat but to give you some ideas/inspiration to plan your meals. You are what you eat, so please bring awareness to what goes inside your body. Cheers!

hi guys good morning and welcome to
simplify today I’m going to share with
you what I eat in a day during Summers

watching it’s time for breakfast and for
breakfast today I’m having some uh
vegetable opma with lots of coconut and
peanuts and um some egg on the
[Music]
[Applause]
side so it’s Summers extremely hot and
what really helps in cooling the body
down are some melons they’re very
hydrating High antioxidants and high in
water content so I’m going to just dive
into a few melons and feel
[Applause]
[Music]
refreshed so it’s lunch time and I’ve
served my um lunch today let me show you
what I’m eating so I’m eating some white
rice with some ghee with that I have a
green leafy vegetable on the side this
is called water spinach in English it’s
currently in season uh there’s some
cucumber because really nice to have
cucumber during Summers this is some CI
U it’s a very traditional North Indian
dish that people have during Summers
helps it’s easy to digest it helps in
cooling the body and what is Cy without
some pakota so this is a Cy pakota
combination and I have some um fish
curry some mustard fish on the side
quite an elaborate lunch not every day
is so elaborate but I like including
Variety in my lunch and I love
incorporating seasonal elements because
when something is in season it’s going
to give your body the maximum
nutritional benefits so I’m going to
dive into my

lunch so it’s evening time and I’m
getting ready for my workout but before
that let me show you my preworkout snack
for
today this is some chia seed that I have
soaked in coconut
milk soaking this for like 1 to 2 hours
is good
enough of course mango is in season
so going to
add some mango
[Music]
here going to add some chopped nuts
and some raisins excellent high energy
preworkout snack I’m going to eat this
and head to the gym for a power packed
[Music]
workout I then headed to the gym for my
workout and did a full body workout a
bunch of sumo squats overhead Bobble
squats and seven eight more exercises I
typically do three sets of each exercise
and after my workout I drank my protein
shake and came back
[Music]
home my dinner is ready and I am ready
to dig in let me show you what I’m
eating for dinner uh so this is some Loi
TLA with that I’m having a black masur
Dal and some beetroot raita on the side
I love including thei or raita in diet
especially during Summers also great
source of probiotics a common
misconception is that you shouldn’t eat
um kurd at nights or during dinner let
me tell you there is no scientific basis
to this claim if it works for you you
can do it if it doesn’t work for you
avoid doing it so with that I finish my
what I eat in a day summer edition I

say are two things one is that good
nutrition means good variety in your
diet so make sure that you’re
incorporating a variety in terms of the
grains that you use legumes fruits
vegetables Etc and let the variety come
from seasonal and local stuff and number
two is that every person has very
different appetite and different
activity levels so it’s important to
acknowledge that and eat as for your
activity and eat as for your appetite um
there’s no point or no need to compare
or eat like anybody else you know it’s
good to drive derive inspiration but
there’s no need to copy anybody so be
you and eat what you enjoy
