Recipe Highlights:

Egg Muffins: (for 6 portions)
6 large eggs
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon olive oil or avocado spray
1/3 red bell pepper, chopped
1/3 cup green onion, chopped
1/2 cup mushrooms, chopped
50 g parmezan cheese or crumbled feta. Feel free to use a vegan feta if you need a dairy-free option.
1 Tablespoon fresh parsley

Preheat: Preheat oven to 375° F.
Prep muffin: Spray the six-cup muffin tin with cooking spray
Whisk eggs and then add all the ingredients.
Divide mixture: Pour the egg mixture evenly into the muffin cups. I used a 3-tablespoon measuring cup to pour each one.
Bake for 17-20 minutes until the egg cups are no longer jiggly and an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Allow cups to cool and enjoy!

6 Protein Bars ingredients:
50 g of steel-cut oats of regular gluten-free oats
50 g flax seeds
100 g dates without skin. Soak them for 15 minutes to remove the skin.
30 g vegan protein powder. I love these 2 brands:
Dynamic Daily Meal by Nutri-Dyn
and Truvani protein powder
2 tablespoons of tahini butter or butter that you prefer
60 – 70 ml water
Instructions:
Blend oats, flax seeds, and dates. Add 30-40 ml water as well.
Then, mix all the other ingredients very well. I just wanted to let you know that the mixture will be sticky. Freeze it for 2 hours, cut it into 6 equal portions, and enjoy!
If you like more sweetness, you can add 1 tablespoon of honey.

I have decided to share with you two snacks that are not only healthy and delicious but also very easy to prepare plus you only need 10 minutes to prepare them hey I’m Galina a personal trainer and nutritionist thank you for being here and before diving into today’s video about healthy snacks I have a quick favor to ask if you’re new here please take a moment to hit that subscribe button subscribing helps you stay updated with my latest tips on workouts mindset and nutrition and it supports my mission to help as many people as possible build a strong body and mind now let’s get started many people have asked me about healthy snack options so I have decided to share with you two snacks that are not only healthy and delicious but also very easy to prepare which is really important for me and I think for you as well plus you only need 10 minutes to prepare them I know we’re all busy so I wanted to share something simple tasty and nutritious the first snack is egg muffins they’re l loaded with protein and veggies which is so important make them at the beginning of the week for a quick on the- go healthy snack option for busy days and Beyond ingredients for egg muffins of course eggs also parmesan cheese cheese is optional but I love using Parmesan for added protein feel free to use vegan feta if you need a dairy free option veggies I use a combination of red bell peppers green onions and mushrooms fresh herbs always enhance the flavor so I highly recommend adding fresh parsley if you have it and salt and black pepper pepper essential for flavor instructions for six muffins first preheat the oven to 375 F or 180 CSUS I’ve already done that spray muffin cups with cooking spray I use avocado oil and now let’s whisk eggs now season with salt and pepper and add veggies cheese and parsley to the bowl and mix well it’s really important to mix very very well all the ingredients now pour the egg eggs mixture into muffin cups using about 3 tablespoons of each cup now bake for 17 20 minutes use a toothpick to check the m since if it come uh comes out clean the muffins are ready so while the egg muffins are baking let’s prepare the protein barf but first I need to clean this ingredients for six protein bars still cut oats or regular glutenfree oats I prefer still cut oats for their higher f fiber content which AIDS digestion and keeps you polar longer flax seeds these which should be sof in warm water for 15 minutes because I want to remove their skin one cup of vegan protein powder and 2 tablespoons of Pini butter or choose another butter you like and water so let’s blend the oats black seeds and dates [Music] together okay then mix in the protein powder and the butter and that’s it before that let’s check the egg muffins oh they’re ready look at them wow so yeah mix very well all the ingredients until the mixture is is sticky one cup of pro uh proein powder it’s vegan proten powder I love chocolate that’s why it’s with chocolate flavor yeah it’s so important to mix very very well you can add a little bit water so transfer it to a pan and free it for at least 1 hour [Applause] okay now let’s freeze it for one while 1 hour at least I think the protein bars need to be in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours allow the egg muffins to cool before enjoying them immediately or sore them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days the same storage advice applies to the bars Please check the recipes below and for more healthy snack options click the link below to get the free healthy snacking guide if you enjoy this video hit the Subscribe button like it and share it with friends that will help me reach more incredible people like you until next time take action and keep striving for your well-being because the most important thing in your life is your health
