1. Cucumber sliced
2. Fennell sliced
3. Baked pita bread and tear up into pieces
4. Add Rotisserie Chicken
5. Parsley
6. Red onion
7. Salt & Pepper
8. Italian Dressing
Carbs 23g Protein 15g Sodium 429g

 Spicy Asian Lettuce Wraps
Cilantro or Parsley
Soy Sauce
Chili Paste
Sesame Oil
Soba Bean Threads washed and drained
Chicken

 Steak Salad with Sala Verde
Dressing
Olive Oil
Parsley
White Wine Vinegar
Capers
Garlic
Red Pepper
Arugula also known as Rocket
Sirloin Steak
Red Onion
Parmesan Cheese
Lastly drizzle over the dressing you made!

Sweet Potato & 5 Spice Wedges
3 Medium Sweet Potatoes cut into wedges, skin on
Olive Oil
Salt
Five Spice Powder
Chipotle Chile Powder (optional)

And That’s it and bake for 20 minutes on a high oven

Greek Style Chicken Patties
Oregano
Crushed Pepper
Garlic
Chicken Breast cut into cubes and put into a blender/processer
Salt
Canola oil in pan

Make mixture into patties and cook
Serve with Greek Yogurt, onion, dill, cucumber, salt and lemon juice and combine
Plate this with your chicken patties and lettuce and tomato for a refreshing summer meal.
