7oz | 200g | 1 cup yellow lentils
6oz | 150g | 1.5 cup oatmeal
8fl oz | 230ml | 1 cup water
2tbsp oil
1/4tsp salt
2tsp baking powder
1tbsp apple cider vinegar
1oz | 20g | 1/4 cup whole psyllium husk

🥣 Chia “caviar” ingredients:
2tbsp chia seeds
5tbsp | 70ml | 1/3 cup water
2tbsp soy sauce
1tbsp sesame oil
2 seaweed sheets

🧑‍🍳Cooking tips:
❗You can substitute psyllium husk for flaxseed.
❗ As a sesame oil alternative use any oil of your choice.
❗Chia “caviar” can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Hierdie nuwe ontbytresep is hoog in proteïene, voedsaam, glutenvry en so lekker! 😋 As jy op soek is na gesonde ontbyt idees is hierdie resep vir jou! 💚 👍 Koue water. Week lensies vir 3 uur. 🐈 Hartlike groete van Lancy! 😽 💖 Spoel lensies af met water en dreineer en plaas in ‘n blender. Voeg 8fl oz by | 230ml | 1 koppie water. 2 eetlepels olie. Meng tot glad. Dit is ‘n eenvoudige ontbytresep wat almal by die huis kan maak. Volg net my stap vir stap instruksies. 6 oz | 150g | 1,5 koppie hawermout 1/4 teelepel sout. 2tl bakpoeier. 1 eetlepel appelasyn. Meng tot gemeng. Vegans geniet dit baie en vir nie-vegans sal dit ‘n verrassing wees hoe lekker hierdie maklike veganistiese ontbyt is! 😋 👍 1 ons | 20g | 1/4 koppie heel psylliumskil. ℹ️ Jy kan vlasaad met psylliumskil vervang. Meng goed. Hou eenkant vir 10 minute. In ‘n medium bak, kombineer 2 eetlepels chia sade en 5 eetlepels | 70ml | 1/3 koppie water Klits tot gemeng. Hou eenkant vir 10 minute Spuit perkament gevoerde pan met olie. ℹ️ Ek gebruik gietysterpan. Maak jou hande nat met water. Vorm die deeg in klein balletjies om lensiebroodrolletjies te maak. ℹ️ Elke bal moet ongeveer 4 oz wees | 100g. ✅ TEKEN IN om nuwe resepte te sien! ✅ Skryf ‘n resensie of vra ‘n vraag oor die resep. Ek sal baie bly wees om te antwoord. Spuit of bedruip met olie. Bak in die voorverhitte oond by 360F | 180C vir 30 minute. 😉 Vir ekstra heerlike broodjies, MAAK SEKER om jou kat te troetel 😻 Voeg 2 eetlepels sojasous by geweekte chiasade. 1 eetlepel sesamolie. ℹ️ Jy kan enige olie van jou keuse sesamolie vervang. Krummel 2 seewiervelle op en plaas in ‘n blender. Pols in ‘n blender tot fyn gemaal. Voeg gemaalde seewier by chia sade. Meng goed. ✅ TEKEN IN om nuwe resepte te sien! Plaas lensiesbroodrolletjies eenkant om vir ten minste 10 minute af te koel voordat jy dit in skywe sny.
