**Ingredients:**
– 1 can of organic chickpeas or 1.5 cups of boiled chickpeas
– 1/2 cup monk fruit sweetener or 3/4 cup allulose the amount of allulose is 3/4 cup because it is less sweet than other sweetener
– 1 flax egg (1 tbsp flax meal mixed with 3 tbsp water)
– 3-4 tbsp of water
– 1/4 tsp of organic vanilla powder
– 1/4 tsp aluminium free baking powder
– 1/2 cup natural nut butter of choice
– 1/4 tsp aluminium free baking powder
– 1/4 tsp Himalayan or sea salt (for sprinkling on top or mix in the batter)
– 2 ounces of dark dairy free chocolate or carob chips
**Instructions:**
1. Blend the chickpeas along with rest of the ingredients until smooth.
2. Pour the batter into a baking dish and mix chocolate chips & sprinkle with salt.
3. Bake until a toothpick comes out clean.
4. Allow to cool and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days.
