Ingredients for Jamie Oliver’s 15-Minute Hummus:

Chickpeas
Lemon
Yogurt
Garlic
Salt
Olive Oil
Peanut butter
Flour
Water
optional: Parsley
optional: Chilli

this is humus made after Jamie woo yeah Oliver because I test every chef at the 15-minute recipes so we start off with chickpeas and a juice of one lemon then we add some yogurt some garlic and peanut butter and some salt then blend all that stuff together until you have a texture you like you can also add different stuff like chili or parsley if you like that for the flat bread we take flour water and salt and mix it roughly together to boil like this then roll it out and to a hot pan for 1 minute each side now now I want to say this is anything but traditional humus and I wanted to give it a bad review but it tastes pretty nice and that’s why Jamie jumps up from the ninth to the Seventh Place Tada for now
