High Protein/Low Calorie Overnight Biscoff Weetbix

If you struggle to get your protein in these are the perfect breakfast

Macros (per serving):
* 41.2g Protein
* 5.2g Fat
* 46.7g Carbs
= 417 Calories

Ingredients:
* 100ml of Unsweetened Almond Milk
* 1 Scoop of Vanilla Whey Protein
* 100g of Light Greek Yoghurt
* 2 Biscoff Biscuits (3 if you want it to look pretty but add 37 cals)
* 3 Weet Box Biscuits
* 10g of Sugar Free Maple Syrup

Set in the fridge for at least 4 hours

if you’re trying to lose weight but struggling to get your protein in these Biscoff overnight wheat bcks have 41 g of protein for only 4177 calories they taste incredible and they’re so easy to make also don’t forget to drop me a follow because my recipe videos make getting your protein in that much easier start you’re going to crush up your weat B in the container doesn’t really matter how you do it after that’s all crushed up you’re going to add unsweeten almond milk and sugar-free maple syrup mix that around next we’re going to grab a bowl to mix together our Greek yogurt and protein powder then we’re just going to mix that all together once it’s all mixed together we’re going to spread it over the top then get your packet of Biscoff biscuits and just crush them up inside the packet bit of ASMR once happy with that rip the corner spread them over the top and if you want to make it a bit prettier just Chuck full biscuit on top but it’s going to cost you 37 calories and then just Chuck them in the fridge to set overnight
