we’ve got another what I eaten a day as a vegan I’ve been focusing a lot more on high protein meals lately and I started with a machal latte and a little bit of fruit before the gym because I’ve been trying to eat something with my machil latte and also have a little something in me before going to the gym for breakfast I had what is my new hyperfixation breakfast and basically it’s high protein tofu turned into a waffle use high protein tofu which as the name would suggest is higher in protein throw it in the little Waffle Grill and then use it like toast easy 30 g of protein at breakfast then for lunch I had my Alfalfa salad this is the Mis Sesame crunch it already has tofu and edamame but I like to also add the Beyond chicken for extra protein a little spin drift on the side and for dinner my favorite summer dish a cold noodle salad with a peanut dressing lots of veggies and Tofu for my sweet treat I made some sorbet made with literally just frozen fruit because I recently found out that my juicer could do this and since then I’ve been having sorbet almost every single night anyway that is everything that I ate on this day
