another day of intermittent fasting starting the eating window at 10:00 a.m. I had a few leftover idlies from yesterday so I decided to make Sprouts idly my very own invention heat some oil add drye Curry leaves onion green chili tomato don’t let it cook too much add moal Sprouts I also added some carrot but this was optional cut the idlies into pieces and add add salt daa powder little garam masala and turmeric and stir for a minute adding water as needed and you’re done we had this with some Harry Chutney so tasty healthy and easy to make I had pomegranate as a midday snack and lunch at 2 p.m. was with white rice Mo duli Dal cluster beans called Goro Chi Kai or maik Kai in Telugu some Bundi on the side as well for dinner at 7:00 p.m. I was craving Chinese so we made milet veggie noodles with chili paneer at home it was healthy and satisfying and I’m glad we tried this instead of ordering from outside usually whenever I order in it’s Chinese but today we wanted to try making it at home and it was a hit what’s your favorite Cuisine that you order in tell me tell me
