my intermittent fasting eating window starts at 10:00 a.m. and I started the day with a glass of refreshing Ash goat juice for breakfast I wanted to try something new and tasty so I quickly chopped a bunch of mushrooms beans broccoli and capsicum a little bit of oil butter garlic and onions first stir fry the beans and broccoli once they’re semi- soft go in with the mushrooms and capsicum add some paner for that protein this is optional salt and pepper and you’re done prep some mint yogurt take some thei and mix Harry Chutney and you’re done now toast a slice of bread add a generous dose of the veggies on top another generous dose of the mint yogurt and enjoy I love this new invention and I’m proud of myself this morning I thought I would be good with just one slice but it was so tasty that I had to make another one for myself midday snack was some cherries for lunch at 1:00 p.m. I had some Bindi cooked in masur dal jira rice Bundi raita and salad I love mixing rice and Dal with my fingers and eating it dinner at 6 p.m. was a happy vegge protein meal made of beetroot Chila vegi raita mint Chutney and sweet Tangy mango chutney thank God for moms and massis who make these mango chutneys because I for sure haven’t been able to do you also enjoy such chutneys let me know
