Instructions:

Pre heat the oven to 350 degrees. Chop up broccoli and cauliflower, add in sliced carrots, pepitas, and raw cashews into a baking sheet. Drizzle extra virgin olive oil on top and mix everything together, then add your favorite seasoning and garlic salt. This will cook for 20 minutes in the oven at 350 degrees, so when your salmon has 20 minutes left of cooking, that is when you will add this in to start cooking so everything is ready at the same time.

For the white rice, take 1/2 cup of rice, 1 cup of water, and a bit of garlic salt and add it to your pan. Wait to start cooking this until you put the salmon in the oven. What’s great about this meal is that the salmon and the rice both cook for 30 minutes. When the salmon goes in the oven, cook the rice on medium heat for 10 minutes, then turn the heat down to low for the remaining 20 minutes.

Finally for the salmon, I love this garlic butter steak blend. Yes it is a steak blend but wow is it good on the salmon as well. Cook for 30 minutes, and enjoy!
