Do you like Fish Tacos? Try using Salmon!
I am so excited to add this to my content! This is a very quick week day meal. You can also use it for a meal prep! This recipe is super easy and a great dinner idea. I have also included a recipe for a Chipotle Vinaigrette it really makes the tacos pop.

***PRO TIP : I prefer to dry brine my salmon. It makes the fish so flavorful and it gets rid of the albumin (white stuff) that you see when you cook Salmon.
To Dry Brine:
Coat the Salmon with salt and a little sugar (both sides). Let it sit for about 20 minutes. You will notice clear fluid and the Salmon with plump up.
I dip my Salmon in ice cold water to rinse and season it as normal.

I don’t like cheese but you can add it to yours!

I used street tacos made by “Mission” Carb Balance Whole Wheat Tortillias.
35 cal per tortilla.

And of course I used Organic Blue Corn Chips.

The chipotle Vinaigrette is easy to make ingredients are:
3/4 cup of EVOO
1/4 cup of Red Wine Vinegar
2 tablespoons of honey
1-2 chipotles in adobo sauce
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon of salt
Fresh cracked pepper (I needed more “sweet” so I added a little more honey and less vinegar)
-put all the ingredients in a Nutri Bullet or blender and….. voila!!!!!! You can put this stuff on anything it is so good! I got it off is gimmesomeoven.com
