Let’s see how to make chicken for weight loss

Ingredients :

🍖 3/4 Kg Chicken

🍖 1 tbsp garlic

🍖 1 1/2 tsp Chilli Powder

🍖 1 tsp Coriander Powder

🍖 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder

🍖 1/4 tsp Garam masala

🍖 1/4 tsp pepper Powder

🍖 1/2 tsp fennel powder

🍖 4 – 6 tsp Rasa Powder

🍖 salt as required

Recipe:

🍖 Marinate chicken with all the ingredients and let it sit for 30 minutes

🍖 Heat a pan and then add chicken . Close the lid and let it cook for 15 to 20 minutes

🍖 Open the lid and check wvwry 10 minutes
