Granola Cups with Yogurt and Berries. Healthy Breakfast Idea. Quick and easy recipe!

Ingredients:
1 ripe banana
80g/ ¼ cup maple or agave syrup
30g/¼ cup almonds, chopped
1 tsp vanilla extract
130g/ 1 ½ cup rolled oats
1 tsp cinnamon
pinch of salt
375g/ 1 ½ cup Greek yoghurt (I also used some blueberry yoghurt for decoration)
30g/ 1/3 cup blueberries or other berries

Bake the cups in the oven 180C/350F for about 20-30 min. Cool in the tins for 10 min before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Fill with yoghurt and berries. Enjoy!
