Ingredients:
1 scoop whey protein
2 tbsp peanut butter (adjust based on your calorie and macro needs)
15g dark chocolate (melted)
Instructions:
Mix: Combine the whey protein and peanut butter in a bowl. Stir until the mixture is smooth and fully combined, ensuring a perfect texture.
Shape: Scoop the mixture into small bowls or cupcake molds. Press it down firmly to shape it into the mold.
Top: Pour the melted dark chocolate over the top of each cup, spreading it evenly.
Freeze: Place the cups in the freezer until the chocolate sets.
