Ingredients:
• 1 large portobello mushroom cap
• Umami seasoning (Aldi or Trader Joe’s)
• 1/4 cup organic pizza sauce
• Mozzarella-style shredded cheese (plant-based)
• Diced orange bell pepper (or red/yellow for variety)
• Fresh arugula (optional for added pepperiness)
Procedure:
1. Preheat your air fryer.
