Ingredients :-
chana daal – 1 cup
rice flour – 11/2 cup
cabbage – half
carrot – 1 small
capsicum – 1/4 part
French beans – 4-5
garlic – 3-4 petals
ginger – 1/2 inch
green chili – 1
red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
sauf – 1/4 tsp
salt – 1 tsp
carrom seeds – 1/4 tsp
oil
water as required
coriander leaves
black salt – 1/4 tsp
How to prepare mixture :-
firstly soak gram lentil in water for 2 hours . and roast nuts to peel off it . then grind chana daal to make fine paste . in a pot add finely chopped vegetables and add paste of ginger garlic and green chili , add fresh chopped coriander leaves and add paste of gram lentil then add masala in it like red chili salt sauf ajvaine and black salt and mix it well . then add rice flour again mix it . it is ready to make chila .
so in a hot iron tava spread oil drops and then pour mixture of chila and shape it round . bake well both sides with oil . it is ready to serve .
for chutney :-
in a jar add coriander leaves and add nuts then add red chili powder some salt jeera and black salt in it then after that add curd it enhance the taste of chutney and some drops of water , and grind it finely . now it is ready ….
now serve hot chila with green and restaurant style chutney and tomato ketchup ….
