Try this Loaded Egg Sandwich with crispy chicken, fresh veggies, and a creamy sauce – a perfect quick and delicious meal!
Recipe:
Ingredients:
For Chicken Marinade:
150g boneless chicken
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 tsp paprika powder
1 tbsp soy sauce
For Coating:
1 egg
Salt, to taste
Bread crumbs (as needed)
Oil, for frying
For Sauce:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup garlic ketchup
3 tbsp cucumber pickle, finely chopped
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Salt, to taste
For Assembly:
2 eggs
2 bread slices
2 cheese slices
Sliced tomatoes
Sliced cucumber
Lettuce leaves
Instructions for Loaded Egg Sandwich:
Marinate Chicken: Mix chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and soy sauce; marinate for 15-20 minutes.
Coat & Fry Chicken: Dip marinated chicken in beaten egg with salt, coat in bread crumbs, and fry until golden. Drain on a paper towel.
Prepare Sauce: Mix mayonnaise, garlic ketchup, cucumber pickle, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt until smooth.
Make Omelette: Cook a 2-egg omelette.
Assemble & Wrap: Layer bread, cheese, tomatoes, cucumber, sauce, and chicken on half of the omelette. Fold omelette over fillings and wrap in foil to secure.
