This bowl is a perfect blend of wholesome rice, fresh veggies, lean proteins, and zesty spices, giving you the energy boost you need while keeping your calories in check..🌿

🍛BURRITO BOWL RECIPE🍛

🍚Rice:
💫Use 1/2 cup steamed plain rice, or add veggies for extra flavor.
🍲Rajma Gravy:
In a pan, heat 1/2 tbsp ghee, sauté 1 chopped onion & tomato, then add boiled rajma, salt, pepper, and 1/2 cup water. Cook for 4-5 mins until thick.
🥫Salsa:
Mix 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped tomato, juice of 1 lime, salt, & chopped coriander.
🥑Guacamole:
Mash 1/2 avocado, add 1/2 chopped onion, juice of 1/2 lime, salt, and pepper.
🍚Sour Cream:
Hang 1 cup curd for 1 hour. Mix with juice of 1/2 lime and a pinch of salt.
🍛Layer all ingredients in a bowl, & enjoy!!😋
