Winter Special Amla Achaar

Tangy and healthy, this winter delight can be stored in an airtight container for months. Perfect with parathas or any meal!

Recipe:-
1. Soak methi (2 spoon )in hot water for 30 mins, and wash with regular water for 3 times, and sun-dry.
2. Steam amla until it opens, then sun-dry.
3. Slice red chillies and sun-dry.
4. In a pan, combine methi, amla, red chillies, kalonji, saunf, salt, turmeric, and red chilli powder.
5. Heat mustard oil, add hing, and pour over the mixture.
6. Cover for 1 min, mix well, and enjoy with paratha or as desired.
