Recently my vegan friend visited me and I thought adding tofu will add some more nutrients in her breakfast

Below are the ingredients used in my Quick and Easy Poha Recipe:

Ingredients:-

1.0 Medium Sized Choped Onion
1.0 Medium Sized Chopped Tomato
2.0 Small Green Chillies (May vary as per taste)
Few Curry Leaves
1/2 Tsp Mustard Seeds
1/2 Tsp Turmeric powder
2.5 Tbsp Cooking Oil
1/4 Cup Peanuts
1.5 Cup Thick Poha
1.0 Tbsp Grated Coconut
Fresh Coriander

Steps involved:-
1) Add water to Poha and drain it using fingers
2) Heat a pan
3) When pan is hot, add oil and heat it on Medium mode stove
4) Add Peanuts and fry them
5) Remove Peanuts
6) Add Mustard seeds and Let them splutter
7) Add Curry leaves, Onions, Green Chillies and Fry them
8) Add Turmeric and cook for 1 minute
9) Add Tomatoes and cook them until they become soft
10) Add salt(as per taste) in Poha and mix it
11) Add Poha to Pan
12) Add fried peanuts
13) Garnish with coconut and Coriander and serve
