This is my all time favorite pumpkin bread recipe! It is soooo delicious and guess what!? It’s also super healthy! This is dairy free and vegan 🙂 I hope you try it out and love it too! xoxo

Recipe:
-3 Cups of Gluten Free (or regular) oat flour (you can use any type of flour if you don’t want it gluten free!)
-4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
-1/4 tsp cinnamon
-1/4 tsp ginger spice
-2 tsp baking powder
-1 tsp baking soda
-1/2 tsp salt
-1/2 cup coconut sugar
-1 flax egg (2 Tbsp ground flax seeds + 3 Tbsp water soaked in a separate little bowl until thick)
-1 tsp Vanilla extract
-1.5 cups pumpkin purée
-3 Tbsp unsweetened applesauce (can sub for pumpkin purée or banana purée)
-1/2 cup original unsweetened almond milk
-1/4 cup of raisins (or dairy free chocolate chips or nuts)
Directions:
-preheat oven to 350 degrees
-mix up all the ingredients (make sure your flax egg is made in a small separate bowl before adding that in)
-place parchment paper in the bottom of your pan (prevents sticking without oil)
-Bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean
