Carrots – 2
Onion – 1 large size
Bread – 4slices
Tomato -1
Coriander leaves few
Red chilli powder – 1/4 TSP
Garam masala powder – 1/2 tbsp
Salt as per taste
Tomato ketchup 3tbsp
Oil to grease
Method
Take a slice of bread apply tomato ketchup add finely chopped carrots, finely chopped onions, finely chopped tomato add coriander leaves then add Red chilli powder a pinch then add garam masala powder a big pinch add salt and close the sandwich with another bread then take a pan grease with little oil add sandwich and toast, healthy carrot masala sandwich is ready to serve.
