Today I am sharing a quick & Easy recipe “Cabbage & Carrot Stuffed Parata”. Usually kids wants to keep cabbage away from their plate. Few kids does not like to taste it. May be because of the smell or less taste. But cabbage has many values. So, we want to feed it to our kids. But they resist it. In these situations we look for other alternatives. This stuffed parata recipe is the perfect solution for it.

You can chop or grate cabbage depending upon your taste and convenience. I finely chopped it in lengthwise. I want to reduce the cabbage quantity (cabbage may create gastric issue in elder people). So I added equal quantity of grated carrot. To make this stuffing colourful, flavourful, tasty and spicy…. I added turmeric, salt, spice blended chilli powder (our family special recipe) and homemade Garam Masala. I want to keep my stuffing simple. So, I didn’t use dry mango powder, chat masala etc.,

I want to keep my dough flavourful and healthy. So, I used few Carom seeds and nicely freshly chopped Mint leaves. These leaves gave nice flavour to my parata. Try this recipe for your kids lunch box. They won’t leave a single piece of roti in the box. At the sametime, you will become a Super mom in his class. Try it.
