Merry Christmas! Today I surprised my community with a Christmas Breakfast live stream where I share the perfect recipes for amazing french toast and real hot cocoa!
Perfect French Toast Recipe:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
4 eggs
1 tspn vanilla
1 tspn sugar
Pinch of salt
Wisk these together in a mixing bowl until well mixed and consistent throughout. Melt 1tblspn of butter in nonstick skillet. Lightly dab each side of 6 pieces of bread (one at a time) and toast in skillet, 3 minutes each side.
Once all pieces of bread have been toasted, place on baking sheet and bake in over 8-12 minutes until fluffy throughout.
Place 5-6 tblspns in same skillet and melt until browned. Remove toast from oven, drizzle with browned butter and syrup of choice, serve 3 slices per serving and enjoy!
