Spicy Dill Pickle Egg Salad. Packed with protein, super easy to make and low calorie!
This is the first time I’ve ever made egg salad myself and it didn’t disappoint. It’s legitimately addicting. This is gonna become a staple in my diet 😂. It’s very easy to make, only takes about ten minutes and minimal ingredients. I’ll list the recipe and ingredients below. Love you.
Ingredients:
5 boiled eggs
Half an avocado
Handful of pickled jalapeños
Half cup of spicy dill pickles
Handful of freshly chopped dill
1/2 of small shallot diced
Tablespoon light mayo
Tablespoon light sour cream
Tablespoon Dijon mustard
Teaspoon ranch powder
Teaspoon black pepper
Pinch of salt
Chop and mix all the ingredients together and enjoy!!
